Sales reps are now able to input orders directly from a customer site, to be fulfilled either from a wholesaler or directly from the manufacturer's warehouse.

The accuracy and completeness of information in the system allows for full traceability - no more lost orders, no more over-ordering on limited promotional items. The offline system allows for order input even without an internet connection. Simply input the order, then synchronise online later.
